Do you want to become stagnant as a podcaster?

Of course you don’t.

As a podcaster and a podcast editor, I always want to be getting better. I always want to be better tomorrow than I was today. And to do that, I do a few things.

* I do the work.
* I seek feedback.
* I take courses.
* I participate in communities.

But there’s something else that I do and it’s more uncomfortable than the other things: I accept challenges.

Listen to this episode as I share with you a recent challenge that I accepted and how I hope that it will help me. And if you want to join me in this challenge, go to http://bigpodcast.com/subscribe for your daily challenge over the next 30 days and email me (bryan@toptieraudio.com) to let me know you joined the challenge.

About the Podcast

1000 Podcasters
Helping 1000 Podcasters Launch, Sustain, and Improve Their Shows
I’m a podcast host and editor, and I want to help you launch your podcast.

You don’t have to go it alone or be afraid of making mistakes. We all make them, but we can learn from each other along the way. My goal is to help you get started on your own podcast journey by sharing what I've learned over the last 5 years hosting my own show, interviewing hundreds of guests, growing as a host and editor, developing systems and processes for myself (and now others), and beginning to share what I've learned with others who are just getting started in this space.

You'll learn from someone who has been where you are now - someone who has learned what works best for them in their process of launching a podcast and growing an audience around that show. You'll learn about tools that have helped me grow my show over time as well as tips on how to get started with your first episode today!
